App vs. Abusive Terms
The App against Abusive Terms was implemented by the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Service Users (CONDUSEF) with the objective of preventing and sanctioning abuses ? committed by financial entities - against citizens. Through this app, citizens can report contracts that contain abusive clauses, sending photographs of the document so that CONDUSEF can investigate and, if necessary, sanction the abusive practice within a maximum period of 10 days.
