National Consultation on 10 Priority Programs
The ?National Consultation on 10 Priority Programs? was the second citizen consultation implemented by the ?then- transition team of the President, Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Following this initiative, 10 priority projects of the recently elected federal administration were submitted to public consultation. The consultation was open to every Mexican citizen with voter identification card. According to their preferences, the participants had to decide on the implementation of the priority programs by selecting the ?Yes? or ?No? alternatives for each program, among which the construction of the ?Tren Maya? and the refinery in Dos Bocas, Tabasco, stood out. 1102 ballot boxes were installed and 946,081 citizens participated at the national level.
