Public Hearings about the National Guard
The ?Public Hearings about the National Guard? were a number of working tables organized by the Political Coordination Board of the Mexican National Congress to discuss the constitutional reform proposal regarding the implementation of the National Guard. Approximately 80 actors participated in the audiences, including: legislators, governors, municipal presidents, scholars, security specialists, human rights defenders, civil society organizations and private sector representatives.
