Regional Boards of Citizen Government

The ?Regional Boards of Citizen Government? are an initiative leaded by Morelo?s State Government in which the three levels of government (federal, state and municipal) are involved. This initiative seeks to discuss, converse and facilitate solutions that help remedy Morelo?s main problems, emphasizing issues related to insecurity and the recovery of social peace. The regional boards promote the inclusion and active participation of citizens and are organized in 4 different regions that include the 33 municipalities of Morelos. The purpose of the boards is to know the citizens? views and opinions regarding the different topics that afflict them so that the authorities can take informed decisions on the matter.
