Avisora + CiudApp
Avisora is an independent communication platform with social networking features that allow citizens to report problems they encounter in their communities. CiudApp is the official app of the City of Guadalajara for reporting complaints about public services. It has four categories in which citizens can generate reports: Crime, Ecology, City and Transit.
Institutional design
