Reporting on Corruption Querétaro
Reporting on Corruption Querétaro is a mobile app created by the state government of Querétaro. The app seeks to encourage citizen reporting, as users can make acts of corruption known with videos, photos, audios and texts. To file a complaint, anonymously or otherwise, a form must be filled in on which text, audio, photo or video files can be added. When sending the complaint, a folio number and a password are received for the user to follow the process. In less than a month, 12 complaints of possible corruption in the public sector were filed, and the application was downloaded 1200 times.
