Ideathon for the elderly
The Ideathon for the Elderly was an event organized by Buenos Aires' Secretariat for the Elderly and the Smart City's Undersecretariat. The latter invited citizens to develop digital solutions to help the elderly use digital technologies and thus reduce digital gaps. The event was mainly attended by students and elderly people, who worked in mixed groups. The participants drafted proposals and presented them to a jury, which selected the best ideas. The winning proposals had the opportunity to be developed in the offices of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, with support from the latter.
