San Miguel Interactive App
San Miguel Interactive is a mobile app for the local residents, which allows you to make complaints and access useful information. The objective of this app is to generate a channel for interaction with the citizens, as well as a simple means to raise demands and comments to the municipal authorities. The interface is divided into three modules: Do, Connect and Discover. In particular, it allows the reporting of infractions (for example, transit), recording and monitoring the status of claims, as well as giving alerts to the Municipal Operations Center.

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
