Digital Nation Agenda
The Digital Nation Agenda was implemented in 2017 with the objective of reducing the digital divide in Guatemala. The Agenda foresees the creation of several multisectoral and planning roundtables to monitor and accompany its implementation and plan actions. Within the framework of the agenda, a technical roundtable was implemented with representatives of the private sector from which the proposal to implement an Education Pilot Plan in 13 schools emerged. The pilot plan was implemented and 75 teachers were trained, in addition to providing Internet access in the 13 planned schools.
