MP Reports
"MP Reports" is an app created by the Attorney General's Office of Guatemala with the aim of facilitating citizen complaints and reports. Through the app, citizens can report extortion and acts of violence against women, either anonymously or with personal data. The app allows the attachment of evidence such as photographs, video and audio. Also, women users of the app can install the "panic button", through which they can request immediate help from the Public Prosecutor's Office and the National Civil Police in case of violence. All the registered reports feed the databases of the Attorney and the Ministry of the Interior. Additionally, the application also provides users with general information about crimes and nearby help points.
