Open Contracting on the Spotlight
Open Contracting on the Spotlight in an online platform that monitor and reports on how the municipality carries out their open contracts. This initiative, developed by the independent journalism platform ojoconmipisto.com, is meant to shed light on the open contracts in 17 municipalities from Guatemala in 2017. The results are presented in this online platform were citizens can explore and enforce their right to access to public information. There is also a section of the platform that allows any user to submit a contract to revision through this digital oversight campaign.
