Strategic Agenda of Rafaela
The Strategic Agenda of Rafaela, is a participatory process that seeks to build a long-term shared vision for the city and generate a series of recommendations for its development, involving different stakeholders of the community. To do this, the project involves two forms of planning: strategic planning and participatory planning. For the first stage, workshops were organized for the diagnosis and identification of working areas: Integrated Territory, Greater economic competitiveness, Social Cohesion, Innovation and Knowledge, and Citizenship and Democratic Governance. In the second stage, thematic workshops were organized by technicians and specialists, representatives of local institutions and citizens in general for the formulation and consensus of a Strategic Agenda for approaches and solutions for the issues raised. Finally, an agreement was signed whereby community actors commit themselves to complying with the actions that form part of this Agenda and establish a management and monitoring body of the Social Consultative Council.
