Socialthon
The Socialthon was a hackathon convened by the Government of the Province of Neuquén together with the Faculty of Information Technologies at the National University of Comahue. The initative invited teams of young innovators, programmers, designers and web developers to meet in two days of intensive work to propose creative solutions that use and implement digital technologies to help solve social problems, improve the quality of life, and collaborate in strengthening the autonomy, independence and community life of people. Groups could include up to 7 people and all participants were to be over 16 years old.
Institutional design
